Interreg V-B North Sea Region
The overall aim of the programme is to support development and foster sustained economic growth across the region by helping enterprises, institutions, public administrations, NGOs by pooling their expertise. The programme finances projects with a focus on pilots, demonstrations and trials, where actions typically explore how organisations can cooperate better for the long-term.
The absolute minimum requirement for a project partnership at the full application stage is two partners in two different countries.
Call 3 will be open for full applications between 14 November 2016 and 1 February 2017. Only approved expressions of interests are invited to submit an application. The Steering Committee will decide on call 3 submissions in June 2017.
Call 4 will be open for new expressions of interests. A preparation phase starts on 1 November 2016 and runs until the call opens in July 2017. During the preparation phase, project idea holders can work on their expressions of interest in the online monitoring system. Submissions must be made by August 2017. The Steering Committee decides on submitted expressions of interests in November 2017.
Call 5 will be open for full applications from January 2018 to March 2018. Only approved expressions of interests will be invited to submit an application. The Steering Committee decides on the submitted applications in June 2018.
All beneficiaries must provide 50% co-financing from their own resources. It is not possible for different beneficiaries within the partnership to operate with higher or lower rates, even if the overall co-financing for the project still totals 50%.
