BSH tender: study on transboundary MSP in the framework of Interreg VB Project NorthSEE

The German Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH) currently has a tender open for developing a study on transboundary MSP in the framework of Interreg VB
Project NorthSEE. The main deliverable will be a cartographical overview on MSP regulations in the NorthSEE, based on the analysis of national  MSP frameworks, aiming at giving a comprehensive picture of the current situation and facilitate comparison between national objectives and stipulations, e.g. through designing and application of an appropriate legend.

Please note that bids are only possible via the e-vergabe platform of the Federal German Administration, requiring an admission certificate that has to be obtained before being able to submit your offer. All forms listed (only in German language) have to be filled in. The concept, workplan etc. have to be submitted in English (see enclosed document).

Contracting of project partners of NorthSEE is not possible.

Deadline for submission is March 6th 2017.
